What drew you to apply at Ferroamp?
The scale-up journey with fantastic technology and opportunities is what drew me in. When you have the possibility to join this type of adventure you can’t say no.
Describe your journey at Ferroamp.
I started as a summer intern during my last year of university. I worked with the production testing of all our products. At the time, 2018, all products were produced in-house. After graduation, I started working in the R&D department managing smaller projects such as process improvements and product documentation. Now, three years later, I work as a Development Program Manager.
What are some ways you have grown at the company?
I have had the opportunity to grow in project management, leadership, problem-solving, and a better understanding of technical as well as organizational dependencies of a product. The best part about Ferroamp is being surrounded by all the great people and feeling that your contributions matter.
What can a normal workday look like for you and those who work in your team?
We have a quick morning sync-meeting with the team and then we start working. The variation of tasks is wide since our team has the responsibility for all technical aspects.
Describe Ferroamp in three words:
BRAVE, INNOVATIVE, TOGETHER
Just for fun now, what is your favorite pastry for a fika?
I would have to say a Semla! Soft, fluffy, and delicious.

About Ferroamp
Ferroamp is a rapidly growing, Swedish greentech company founded in 2010. The innovative Ferroamp System enables property owners to take control of energy and power optimization. With our technology, property owners become part of the solution for the energy supply of the future.
The system is based on the patented innovation ACE (Adaptive Current Equalization) that improves the utilization of a three-phase supply. Implementing the ACE technology required a smart bi-directional three phase inverter that was developed within the company - the EnergyHub was born.
The concept has evolved into a modular system based on a local DC grid that allows flexible and scalable integration of solar cells, energy storage and electric vehicle charging.
Ferroamp is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm First North Growth Market and aims to become a global leader within energy control and optimization.
The head office of Ferroamp is in Stockholm, Sweden.
