As an SQA, you will be part of our Sourcing and Production team and will get a central and comprehensive role with the main focus on driving and developing our Supplier Quality Assurance process as well as the overall quality work towards suppliers.

You will be responsible to establish and develop and maintain our processes for Supplier Quality Assurance, Supplier Qualification and follow-up of suppliers' quality status. In collaboration with other departments, you will manage HW and SW quality issues and drive quality improvement processes.

In the phase of evaluating new and existing suppliers you will lead supplier audits and together with sourcing managers participate in the long-term quality improvement work.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you with a college or university education in a relevant field and who has several years of experience in quality work together with suppliers, preferably in industry. You have a good technical understanding and are well versed in Quality Management and Control tools and methods. Since most of our suppliers are international, you need to be able to communicate well in both English and Swedish in speech and writing.

As a person, you are very communicative and driven, and thrive in a social, outgoing and collaborative role with great personal responsibility. You will have many contact points both internally and externally, which places high demands on structure and the ability to build strong and long-term relationships. We would like to see that you have an interest in environmental and sustainability issues and like to stay up to date regarding regulatory requirements and trends.

Selection of tasks (but not limited to):

• Securing and improving processes at suppliers

• Plan and lead audits in accordance with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.

• Follow up suppliers’ production capacity and quality.

• Together with the sourcing managers, participate in the long-term quality improvement work with the suppliers.

• You actively participate in projects for new products and ensure that quality is built into the product and process from the start, both at the company and at the supplier

• Willing to Travel to visit suppliers 10-30%

We have our main office in Stockholm, today in Spånga but will in short move to a new office in Sundbyberg. We also have a smaller office in Linköping. However, we do offer a hybrid workspace.
