We are now looking for Python Developers who will be playing an important role in our software development team. In this role, you will get the possibility to work in a creative environment to develop new solutions for EV charging, energy storages, and solar power based on real-time data.
You will be part of an engaged and driven team that is learning from one another, solve problems together and continuously challenge ourselves. Through a structured way of working, we become efficient and develop solutions that will move us towards our goals.
The team has varying competencies from power electronics design to web services in the cloud. You will be part of the team working in an application environment that is run on an embedded Linux platform, built through the yocto project. The architecture of the application can be compared to a micro service architecture built on a MQTT infrastructure. These applications are mostly developed in Python. Our responsibility is to ensure a flexible architecture that can be developed upon to meet future needs and possibilities.

Are You the one we are searching for?
We believe that you have experience and knowledge from working with Python and resource constrained Linux environments. We see it as positive if you also have experience from C and C++, or other techniques and programming languages relevant to the area. It is also very welcome if you have experience from working with EV charging technology such as OCPP or similar. Since the team is working in a broad spectrum both front- and backend development in web services or development of GUI is a bonus.
As a person, we believe that you are a meticulous problem solver, driven by development, and curious to learn more. You like the community in a team and value working together to reach a common goal.
It is positive if you have a university degree in computer science.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken. Swedish is a plus, but not a requirement.
As of today, we are all of course working from home but we have our main office in Spånga – Stockholm and a smaller office in Linköping. We do however believe that it is important to offer our employees great flexibility to continue working from home or other locations and are planning for this.
